1. USER ACCOUNTS
The User may have only one account per person. In the case of detecting any other accounts belonging to the same User, the Administrator will issue bans to all of the User's accounts.
2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Registration in the Application means acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
3. FREE USE
Using the Application is free of charge. The User can download the Application for free from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
4. VIRTUAL CURRENCY
The virtual currency "Coins" is provided free of charge and can be acquired by completing free tasks. Coins are not real money and do not have any monetary value.
5. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
Registration in the Application means that the User consents to the processing of personal information. The method and scope of personal information processing are described in the Privacy Policy.
6. ACCURATE INFORMATION
The User agrees to provide accurate information to the SkinApe Application at all times. Failure to do so may result in an account ban.
7. PROPER USE
The User agrees to use the SkinApe Application in a manner that does not disrupt the service for other users.
8. COIN ADJUSTMENTS
The Administrator reserves the right to adjust the User's coin balance in cases of returned, incomplete, duplicated, cancelled, or fraudulent transactions.
9. AFFILIATIONS DISCLAIMER
We are in no way affiliated with or endorsed by Valve Corporation, Counter-Strike 2, Steam, Roblox Corporation, Google LLC, Apple Inc., Amazon.com, Inc., Sony Interactive Entertainment Inc., Nintendo Co., Ltd., Epic Games, Inc., Fortnite, Electronic Arts Inc. (EA), Mojang Studios, Microsoft Corporation, or any other providers of gift cards and rewards.
The merchants listed above are not sponsors of the rewards and are not associated with SkinApe in any way.
All logos, trademarks, and other identifying marks displayed within the Application are the property of their respective owners and/or affiliated entities.
We encourage Users to visit the official websites of these companies to review their individual terms and conditions.
10. CS2 ITEM ("SKINS") REWARD REDEMPTION
The User has 3 days to redeem a reward after the item becomes tradable.
If the User's account does not have an activated Steam Guard option, this period will be extended to 19 days.
The extension of the payout term takes effect once the User attempts to withdraw a pending item. After this period, the Administrator has no obligation to re-send the item.
11. GIFT CARD COMPLAINTS
The User has 14 days from the date of obtaining a gift card ("Giftcard") to submit a complaint regarding any issues related to it.
After this period, the Administrator reserves the right to reject the complaint.
12. REVERSE TRADES
If a Steam Reverse Trade is initiated by the User, the User will permanently lose both the reversed skins and the Coins originally used to obtain them.
However, in the event that a Steam Reverse Trade is initiated by the Provider, the full amount of Coins used for the transaction will be refunded to the User's account.
13. OFFER COMPLETION RULES
When completing a task from one of our offer suppliers, the User must follow the rules provided by that supplier.
14. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION
The Administrator reserves the right to ban accounts showing suspicious activity, including but not limited to:
- Using VPN, proxy, or TOR
- Infringing third-party rights when using or accessing the Application
- Using modified or unauthorized versions of the SkinApe Application
- Using any bot, spider, or other automated tool to access the Application for any purpose
15. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Application may contain links to other websites or materials that are beyond our control.
We are not responsible for the content on any third-party website and are not liable for any damage caused by third-party offers or surveys.
16. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
We reserve the exclusive rights to the data and content in our Application. Except as permitted by applicable copyright law, you may not reproduce, distribute, or communicate any content from this Application without prior written permission from the Administrator.
17. TAX RESPONSIBILITIES
Depending on your location, you are responsible for fulfilling your own tax obligations.
You acknowledge and agree that we are not able, in any case, to determine whether the Rewards you have received or redeemed in any Reward Program constitute reportable income or taxable earnings in your jurisdiction.
You are therefore solely responsible for any tax liabilities arising from or related to your use of the Application and/or participation in any Reward Program, including liabilities resulting from the accumulation or redemption of Rewards.
PREMIUM SUBSCRIPTION
1. SUBSCRIPTION OVERVIEW
Some parts of the Application are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)").
A Subscription provides access to additional content in the Application on an ongoing basis.
Subscriptions may be available at different fees chargeable for a set period of 30 days.
Payment will be billed to the User's account on a third-party platform (such as the App Store or Google Play) when the User confirms the Subscription via the available confirmation tools within the Application.
2. TRIAL SUBSCRIPTION
A Trial Subscription is offered free of charge for a period of 3 days from activation.
If the User does not cancel the Subscription within this period, the Subscription Fee will be charged to the User's relevant third-party account when the trial period expires.
The User's Subscription begins immediately after activation of the trial Subscription.
The User may cancel a Subscription during its free trial period using the Subscription settings in their platform account (App Store or Google Play).
The Administrator cannot cancel your free-trial Subscription once it has been activated.
3. AUTOMATIC RENEWAL
Subscriptions are automatically renewable unless the User turns off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the expiry of the current Subscription.
The Subscription Fee will be charged to the User's platform account (App Store or Google Play) during the 24 hours preceding the expiry of the current Subscription.
If the payment cannot be processed due to insufficient funds, invalid payment method, or other issues, the Subscription will automatically be cancelled.
4. MANAGING SUBSCRIPTIONS
Once the User has purchased a Subscription, it can be managed or cancelled at any time via the User's platform account settings (App Store or Google Play).
If the Subscription is already active, cancellation will take effect after the end of the current billing period.
5. REFUNDS
Except where required by law, paid Subscription Fees are non-refundable.
6. FEE MODIFICATIONS
The Administrator may, at its sole discretion and at any time, modify the Subscription Fee.
Any change will become effective at the end of the current Subscription period.
Users will be provided reasonable prior notice of any Subscription Fee changes.
If the User does not agree to the new fee, the Subscription will expire at the end of the current period.
7. PAYMENT HANDLING
All billing and transaction processes are handled by third-party platform operators (App Store or Google Play) and are governed by their respective terms and conditions.
If the User experiences any payment-related issues, they must contact the platform operator directly.
The Administrator is not a party to such agreements and shall not be liable for any obligations or damages arising therefrom.
